Havard Pedersen

Havard Pedersen second album is a more personal album with songs that reflects his personal life. He started working many years ago and wanted to work with Peter Michelsen from the great Norwegian band Donkeyboy and also known as a major producer and owner of Norsk Lydstudio(Norwegian sound studio). He like the idea having an electric guitar paired with the great pop sound from Peter. He wanted this album to be more rock/pop music feel good and easy listening. Havard has many years of traveling with his other bands world wide, Norwegian Beatles. Three men electric jam and Cinematic world. There has been many weekends and weekdays on the road and a lot of guitars has been worked out.

While touring in the U.S. he met Fred Gretsch JR and Joe Carducci from Gretsch Guitars during a performance in Louisville, KY and they were thrilled to see him perform. That’s how the endorsed by Gretsch guitars came about. Havard often plays his Gretsch Tennessean or mainly a Gretsch guitar with centerblock and TV Jones microphones.

Havard’s inspiration and influences are Philip Lynott, Gary Moore, BB King, George Harrison his cousin John Norum from Europe and many many other artists. There are also many Norwegian artists that has inspired him and made a huge impact while performing and performing with Havard. He would like to thank all those bandmates and friends that I have worked with over the years especially Kai, Kjetil, Bjorn and Vegar from Norwegian Beatles <3
