Crew & Band Commissary Manager

Abbey Road on the River is hiring a Crew & Band Commissary Manager for the festival May 26-30, 2022. The commissary manager is responsible for keeping our staff and performers fed throughout the weekend.

Job duties include:

  • Keep backstage commissary stocked and clean with utensils, snack food, water, coffee, etc.

  • Coordinate with catered food deliveries

  • Keep tables and food areas clean

  • Keep food cold or warm (depending) during designated meal times

  • Go on shopping runs as needed (must have vehicle)

Required: food service or hospitality experience

Must be available all five days of the event and be flexible for a few meetings ahead of May 26-30.

Our festival runs noon to midnight each day with hot meals in the evening (4-8) and cold meals available throughout the day (12-4). Be prepared to pitch in and help during those hours each day.

Pay: $25 per hour

Merchandise Manager

The Merchandise Manager is responsible for:

  • keeping track of, pricing and displaying 50-100 different designs and styles of shirts

  • managing and scheduling staff to work that weekend

  • managing payments

Must have retail experience be available all five days of the event and be flexible for a few meetings ahead of May 26-30.

Our festival runs noon to midnight each day, May 26-30. Be prepared to help during those hours each day.

Pay: $25 per hour

Merchandise & Box Office Associates

For this job, you will help out the box office and/or merchandise booths. Lots of customer interaction and use of cash register/Square device to process payments.

You get to listen to awesome music and meet a bunch of cool people while you’re working and then hang out after you work.

Must have retail experience and be available all five days of the event and flexible for a few meetings ahead of May 26-30.

Our festival runs noon to midnight each day, May 26-30. Be prepared to help during those hours each day.
