Exclusive Retail & Community Bank Sponsor Proposal

What Abbey Road on the River can offer WesBanco:

Abbey Road on the River will:

  • Designate WesBanco as its primary banking sponsor,

  • Designate WesBanco as its primary banking partner,

  • Immediately deposit $250,000 into WesBanco, and

  • Continue to deposit all revenues from Abbey Road on the River into WesBanco for the duration of this agreement.

 

$10,000 Sponsorship:

for one event:

September 2-6, 2021 OR June 2-5, 2022

$15,000 Sponsorship:

For two events:

September 2-6, 2021 AND June 2-5, 2022

Plus the following:

Ticketing

  • 200 event tickets (value of $10,000)

  • Ticketing and incentive contests for your staff, customers and B2B clients

  • 2 VIP all access passes


Media, Digital & Onsite

  • Your logo included on printed materials: print ads, posters, flyers, tickets, billboards

  • Your logo included in all TV commercials now-Sept 6

  • Your name announced in broadcast radio commercials now-Sept 6

  • Booth provided on festival site

  • Your video promos played on main stage LED wall 4 times per day

  • If branches sell tickets, then we will promote in our media and donate 20% from each ticket to the charity of your choice.

  • AROTR will convert it's primary checking account to WesBanco
